		<description>Dear Sirs&amp; Friends
When I received the journey’s schedule I felt the importance of this trip and its gain.
As I set my foot on the Italian grounds I was surprised by your welcoming generosity and hospitality. Thank you Mr. Augusto Cattaneo and to your daughter for the way you helped me to visit one of the most important olive farms in the region this was an honorable experience, for everything you showed me from the extensively large mozzarella factories until we reached privately owned organic farms.
Everyone works with passion towards slow food without gratitude. You, as a culture, have surrounded me with open hearts and love, making me feel at home. I was impressed by your organization, precision and meticulous eye for details. I had felt the strong and compassionate bonds between regional farmers and slow food organization.
Thank you Peppe and who ever attended the assembly in Napoli for lending me your attention, I truly benefitted from all the discussions that occurred. Peppe thank you very much for giving me your time touring me around allowing me to observe and taste the Italian Mozzarella, assuring me that this cheese is the absolute best. I surely envy you for these splendid products that make every village unique.
Thank you Giovanna Licheri who granted me the opportunity to introduce and serve a Lebanese traditional cuisine dinner at Bistrot of the cultural world club by Castello Acciaiolo di Scandicci Florence, Italy.
A big thanks and a lot of appreciation for Mr. Luca Fabbri his wife and family who made me feel at home, eating one of the most delicious homemade Italian food and staying by my side since I’ve arrived to Italy till the moment I left. Thank you for all who welcomed me and gave their full undivided time, farmers who greeted me and all slow food members. I was honored to meet every individual and proud of their acceptance for me to join this work team who devote their time for a better lifestyle. I sincerely apologize for all who I have forgotten their names but would never forget them. I hope we stay in touch to reach the goal of where we connect all the cultures together.
Thank you Alessia Broccoli for this pleasant article
